I guess the best way to do this page is as a FAQ so lets get to it.

  1. Q. What is a ghost?
    A. The answer to this question is alot harder than it may seem. Generally the default answer is that a ghost is the spirit of a human being that has passed away. This answer leaves alot to be desired. First off it leaves out the possibility of animals becoming ghosts which does happen. Second off, it only partially answers the question.
    The answer I like to give which is formed purely on my own beliefs and my own research is that a TRUE ghost is an ethereal entity that once belonged to a living person or animal.

  2. Q. What do you mean a TRUE ghost?
    A. A TRUE ghost is a ghost that shows intelligence, and interacts with it's enviroment. Now that may seem a little narrow so I'll explain a little further. You have ghosts that always do the same thing at the same time every night or every day. Some people consider those TRUE ghosts but I consider them to normaly be Memories of a place that keep getting replayed. Now then if you have a ghost whose actions are unpredictable, moves things around, tries to communicate. That is what I call a TRUE ghost.

  3. Q. I think I have a ghost in my house, what do I do?
    A. This answer will vary depending on who you ask. However, if you contact us the first thing I will tell you to do is to start keeping a journal. Whenever something happens write it down, record the date, time, your personal mood, where it happened, and what happened. Prior to KAGH coming to your home we would like for you to have been working on a journal for at least two weeks. Though we do understand that sometimes situations call for faster responses in which case we will try to investigate as soon as possible.

  4. Q. I have a journal and have contact you for an investigation, what can I expect?
    A. Well we try to investigations in a very organized manner and this is the order things will progress in.
    1. After you initially contact us an Interview will be arranged away from your home. During this interview you will be asked to give us a general overview of your situation.

    2. Then you will be asked to sign a waiver stating that we are not responsible for any accidental damage that may occure to your property. This is mostly just a formality. Damage doesn't normally occur except in the most extreme of haunting cases.

    3. We will also sign a waiver for you stating that you will not be held responsible if any of the investigative team are accidently injured on site.

    4. We will also present you with a release form that states that you either agree or disagree to allow us to publish information about your case.

    5. A date will be selected for an initial investigation. This is when the group will come to your house, we will first ask you to take us through your entire house while we take pictures, film with a video camera, and attempt to get EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena, a.k.a. ghost voices). After the initial walk through at least two investigators will sit down with you and ask to look over the journal, and get more specifics about the case. Then we will leave to review the pictures, film, and tapes that we made.

    6. After we review all initial information we will schedule a return visit with an intuitive that will know nothing about the case and we ask that he/she not be told anything until after they walk through and give they're impressions. Afterwards we will show you the pictures from the initial walkthrough along with the film and tapes at your request.

    7. After the second visit we will again review all materials, copies of which will be made available at your request for no charge. All investigators present will compare notes and thoughts. Then we will schedule a third overnight visit if needed. This is when we stay in the house all night taking pictures and filming and collecting impressions.

    8. After the overnight visit we will again review all materials and present to you our official findings, and will tell you exactly what we believe may be in your house.

  5. Q. Can you make my ghosts go away?
    A. The short answer is NO, we do not have the experience to offer this service and to say that we can do it would be a lie. We can offer you advice as to how you can temporarily make the entities dormant, but we cannot promise permanent removal.

  6. Q.What does an investigation cost?
    A. Absolutely nothing, all investigators are volunteers and we are a Not for Profit organization. The only time you may incur a charge if the investigation causes us to travel overnight, and then you only be charged for our travel fee's and overnight accommodations.
