These are the rules that the group follows on hunts. Not following
these rules will result in being invited to NOT join us in any more
hunts.
Ghost Hunt Rules
No one under 16 is allowed on
hunts. 16 and 17 year olds that wish to join us will require written
parental consent, stating that your parents are O.K. with you joining
us, and agree that in the unlikely event of injury PIA will not be held
responsible.
Anyway equipment brought on a hunt is the sole
responsibility of the owner. PIA is not responsible for lost or damaged
equipment.
PIA is not responsible for any mental, emotional, or physical injury occurring on a hunt.
During a hunt, if someone is going to take a picture, all flashlights will be turned off.
Prior to taking a picture warn others in the area so that all light sources may be turned off.
On hunts with larger groups we frequently break down into
smaller groups. One person in each group will be deamed the "leader"
Everyone in the groups are expected to follow the directions of the
"leader" and to stay within they're respective group.
There will be no drugs or alcohol on hunts, if you show up for a hunt and are under the influence you will be asked to leave.
While a mild amount of joking around is permissible please
try to keep it within limits. We are out to have fun but we are also
doing serious work, and dark cemeteries are not always the best place
for horseplay.
