Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP): These
are the recordings of a persons voice thought to be deceased. The
voices on these recordings are at a megahertz level that no human voice
can replicate. The voices have been known to respond best to a
'question and answer' format as well. Ghostly answers to questions can
sometimes be heard when recording is taking place, but are usually
found later, when analyzing the recordings. (taken from

The voice recorder can be one of the most usefull tools an investigator
can have. However, there are drawbacks and the four EvP examples below
show those drawbacks very clearly. On 3 of them you will hear an evp
but you will also notice that there investigator voices over them. This
is our fault in that we weren't allowing enough time for the spirits to
answer our questions. This can happen and we learn from those
experiences. Now we allow longer amounts of time for spirits to answer.
All four of these came from the same location, however, to avoid
potential problems I will not be sharing the name or address of the
location.
You will most likely need to turn your volume up to hear these.
